I waterfasted for 40 days and cured my fibroid tumors. They are literally gone. It's been about 10 years later and I still dont have fibroid tumors! NO pain there every month either! I was able to have a baby because of it. I started 23 hour intermittent fasting with one meal a day and it's helping my health issues overall. It is amazing!

I like the 40 day water fast. JESUS also fasted for 40 days. My point here is number 1 need to have faith believe . Because fasting is the best way to get redy of desease. But if you are scared do it alitle at a time. But keep being presistente. And with faith you will do it. When i was 25 years old i had one month to live.i had fibroid tumors and venerial desease . And when doctor find out my problem i was too far gone. Doctor wanted to remove my ovarys my uterus and one kidney. So i wouldnt have so much pain. But i wad to still die. I had 2 children. 3 and 4 years old living as a single mother . And crying knowing that im going to die and leave my children to a adulters exhusband fhe contaminated me. But God was good to me . Some one gave me advise to see a natural foctor ghat saved my life. I went on a vegetable juice fasting with some herbs and vitamins for about 2 months . I got healthy no more desease no need go remove nothing . Im now 65 years old and the desease never came back but i eat a heathy diet. No meat . But fasting is good. .but you nay need fhe help of a healthy profetional.

Hello doctor, I have had an injury in both of my shoulders, few months later I almost healed, then I accidently fell on my shoulder in a hole at work and got it dislocated. What is the fastest way to heal it? Intermittent fasting? Thank you!

I've been fasting my whole adult life. Until recently because of videos such as this one I never knew it was a thing that was practiced for good health. I've been fasting my whole life because its simply just a normal thing to me. I never eat breakfast and sometimes I just eat one meal at dinner time and skip lunch as well. It's very easy for me to do this and not ever a problem or something that needs my undivided attention commanding the need to be handled promptly. Ive been eating this way naturally and comfortably for decades now. I only get sick once every 5-7 years not even a cold or a sore throat . I look 40 but im 52. People always have trouble accepting that because its largely not what it looks like lol. Ive always wondered why my state of health is superior compared to everyone else's. This makes sense and i finally now have a credible explanation. Thanks Doc! Edit: Let me add the ironic part of my story, during most of my life as I fasted I've never had a lot of body fat and always looked almost "too" slim. That whole time everyone in my family criticized me and displayed concern over me not eating enough. Always stressing to me that I needed to eat because I was going to be sick and unhealthy. How very misconceived they all were lol.

same here i started fasting in high school because i didnt want to bring a lunch to school and my appetite would always go away until evening (didnt know that was ketosis) .. also thought i ruined my health at the time for not eating 3 meals a day and it was a matter of time before health problems started for training my body to only have one meal at night, and that meal was fast food and binging candy literally every night for 10+ years. but i never had any health problems outside of acid reflux, blood tests have always been perfect. i am much healthier now though and still fast everyday lol just correctly now

the whole 3 meals a day is just a recent social construct that we made up for whatever reason. but back when we were still hunter gatherers we would generally go the whole day working and hunting and then eat at the end of the day, that is our natural evolution, not 3 square meals a day. 🙄

The entire reason I listen to him is Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride, another amazing doctor, but she focuses a lot less on fasting and more on eating a very pure diet filled with ancient food remedies that causes the body to go into a rapid healing and regenerative state. When I realized Dr. Berg taught a lot of the same things, but more on the fasting side I was super excited. I have already healed a lot of health problems with Dr. Natasha and I look forward to continuing to improve my health with more in depth fasting.

She may have diastis recti which is when the abdominal muscles don't heal properly after childbirth. So then the now softer tissues bulge through the loose abdominal muscles. Some exercises such as sit ups actually make it worse. Special diastis recti exercises would need to be done and an OB can diagnose and an OT who specializes in this area can help with therapy and exercises.

Fat loss can only occur in some people if the insulin levels bottom out and stay low throughout the day… that’s why im on omad n i only eat at night. Im diabetic n have gained more than 10 kgs during lockdown… i was also less disciplined n took lots of carbs… now im sort of paying the price but doing good at the same time

@vanessa fernandes I didn’t just lose the belly part but the whole body. Do you just want to focus on the belly part? I don’t really know how but I guess you need special exercises to focus on that part, and also follow the things Dr Berg recommended. For me, I followed the 16-8 IF, eliminated carbs and sugar, and do at least 2 miles walking on each other day.

Thanks so much Dr Berg. It’s actually working for me too regardless of age. I’ve shared it with my friends and relatives. I’ve lost 12 lbs in the last 4 months. You won’t see results until after the first month. You have to be patient. I go with 16-8 window and my goal is to lose another 7-10 pounds. I still eat normal food, but less sugar, less carbs, less red meat, more veggies & nuts, no late snacks, no boba drinks 😂. I try to take at least a 2 miles walking 4 times a week. Well, I don’t want to cut off everything but still treat myself my favorite sweets sometimes 😊. I feel healthier, less hungry and craving for sweets. But like Songbird mentioned, after my latest blood test, my alt and triglycerides dropped down but ldl is higher. I need to work on lowering the ldl. Please share any tips to help lower the bad cholesterol.

There is a thing called meta mucil ( fiber supplement available at every grocery and pharmacy store), it helped me a lot to suppress my hunger and feeling fuller for longer , as you keep fasting you will get use to it. I always thought that I have sugar tooth , can’t resist sweets but I was wrong. When you fast only drink water , don’t eat anyyyy thing not even a pea or peanut. And meta mucil can help you to reach your goal as freshman to fasting.

@Sukoon ke pal Not OP, but this is what I do and I have gone from 62kg-56kg so far: As a 5'3 female, I eat around 1100 calories per day as of now (500cal deficit), intermittent fasting is pretty useful for me No breakfast, I break my fast at 11:00 with a cup of decaf Beanie coffee with a teaspoon or erythritol/monk fruit sweetener and a splash of almond/oat milk and maybe with a light snack too. Anywhere from 12 to half 1: fairly light lunch (eg. Grilled chicken with konjac noodles and miso soup, tofu with salad and ham etc.) 5-ish: big dinner to keep me full through the night, very fat heavy to satiate (eg. 3 scrambled eggs with two sausages, big plate of broccoli topped with a generous helping of mozzarella with chicken or ham). High-fat snack after dinner: (eg, Cheesestring, pork puffs, seaweed. Dollop of peanut butter if I feel particularly indulgent that day and can spare the calories. Skyr is also very filling, but careful to to have not much as 150g has 6 carbs.) Stop eating by 7. Now that it's getting colder, sometimes I like to make myself a nice cup of cocoa before cut-off time if I have enough calories left (cut of hot unsweetened almond milk, few teaspoons of cocoa/cacao powder, teaspoon of erythritol/monk fruit sweetener and a bit of cinnamon. Warm, chocolatey heaven without the sugar.) I cannot emphasise how much IF has helped me control my appetite, before I couldn't stop myself from binging on junk after breakfast and would easily surpass over 2000 calories per day with how much rubbish I was shovelling into my mouth. Now sometimes I don't even feel that hungry come lunchtime, it's really worth giving it a go! Log everything you eat, I use an app called "Macros" and have my macro percentages set at 5% carbs, 35% protein and 60% fats. Good luck!

I started healthy keto following your recommendations with intermittent fasting (mostly OMAD), radically reducing calory intake, no gluten, lactose, sugars, starches, artificial sweeteners, MSG, refined vegetable oils, nothing, just the healthy stuff. I was only drinking yerba mate tea / ACV / water with a bit of lemon during the fasting periods. I took no supplements but fish oil capsules. My meals were mostly leafy greens, fatty meats, chicken liver, olives, eggs, salmon, almonds and pistacchios. And no alcohol at all. I lost over 6 kgs of weight since I started 3 weeks ago. In comparison, when I last did keto / carnivore, I lost the same amount of weight over 3 months. That diet was a bit dirtier: prepared meat products, omega 6, etc. Even if some weight loss is just excess water, this result is truly amazing. And thank you for that!

I was 58 when I started 18-6 IF 6/20/18. 6 ft tall male. Weighed 233 lbs. My metabolism took to IF very well. I lost 2.5-2.7 lbs/wk. 4.5-5 months later I lost 50 lbs. My waist size is 34, the same it was in High School. I still continue with 18-6 IF and never gained any weight back. Nothing else worked. I never gained weight before 53 . It went slowly up even though I consistently weight trained and rode a bike for 11 miles a shot. THIS RESET EVERYTHING IN MY METABOLISM.. I avoid high carb/sugar foods/fast food/sugared breakfast cereal(which is all cereal).

Thank You Dr. Berg! I have history of digestive issues like ulcer, gastritis and just last year I also had diverticulitis. I have a bad and really slow metabolism, bloating and constipation since beginning. So it’s quite confusing for me then that if I don’t eat I will have stomach issues, if I eat then I will be bloated and constipated. Then I came across your channel and watch videos for a month or two. Then end of November 2021, I start applying the lessons I learned gradually. I cut all my snacks time and ate only 3 meals. few weeks after, I remove breakfast and then dinner gradually. My portion size changed too and the type of foods I ate also changed. Am not a veggie person but I taught my self to eat it. 😅 I remove the rice, I stopped eating bread and no sugar as well. While am enjoying my food in omad schedule, I got COVID, I was really sick and no sense of taste and smell, hence I still continued to eat the suggested foods. Veggies and some protein however my meal became ADF since am not feeling hungry then. I recovered and my sense of taste and smell are also back but I didn’t crave for anything, it’s like a Normal thing, Then just last week 4 months into changing my food and habits, I finally checked and so surprised withy current weight… I was 70kg in Nov 2021 March 2022 am 57kg!!! 😭😭 Am a small person at 5’3 hence achieving such weight loss is big for me. The best part of my weight loss is that I do not have any saggy skin. I felt like 10 years younger… ☺️ Also note I don’t do HIIT I just do brisk walking once or twice a week. Feels amazing!! All this because of the right information shared by Dr. Berg and am really thankful.. Since a lot notice my good weight loss I keep on suggesting them to follow your KZpost channel and watch your amazing videos!!! Again thank you Dr. Berg!! ❤️

I love listening to this guy. He's done more for my health than my PCP has in 30 years. His intermittent fasting has got me 48 pounds lighter, off 4 separate prescription meds and I have the bloodwork and BP numbers to back it up. So many benifits to his lectures, even strange ones I cannot explain like loose teeth and frequent bleeding from my gums for decades. A year ago Dr. Berg got me on taking daily D3 supplements and within 6-7 months I noticed my gums no longer bleed and my teeth are tight and stronger. My Vitamin D3 is a combination of D3 and K2 and subsequent videos he explained how K2 puts calcium in your bones instead of your arteries. I have no idea if the K2 or D3 or both were the reason for this but it was a welcome "side effect" of yet another Dr. Berg lecture. Hats off to you sir!

@Ritz Kola That's tough. Is it eczema? Eczema oozes & itches. Oatmeal soap helps but neem soap helped me the best, my eczema is gone. It was not on my face though. Are you drinking enough minerals & vitamins during fasting? Toxins need to get out. Does it affect your scalp? The white tongue...how's your glucose? Are you insulin resistant? How's your urine ph? Another thing I use is clay, for washing toxins off my skin. Clay and apple cider vinegar, used internally & on my face & hair. When oozing keep it moist with vaseline, you don't want scabs.

@Colleen Wilson They are vitamins. You can take vitamin D3 and it's good for you but if the vitamin is D3 and also K2, another vitamin, it will help send the calcium from your blood to your bones and teeth. This is especially good for the heart to help prevent blockages in the veins and arteries.

Kept that weight for 2 years, hurtrd my back and started eating againg outside this 16:8 window. Gained 5 kilos back 🤯. Now back on the track again and already 2 kg down. @elaine nicholls I know you asked for his update and not mine but in 16 days I will hit my one year anniversary of fasting, intermittent fasting and no sugar drinks. I still contend my darkest days were the first 2 weeks getting off sugar. As hard as this is to believe I averaged about 2 Liters (yes, Liters) of Dr. Pepper, 20 oz of Gatorade and 5-6 cups of coffee per day, all with 2 spoons of sugar. An inventory came to 350-400 grams of sugar per day JUST IN DRINKS. I was an addict and didn't even know it. Was I too old to turn my body and health around at 60? Who knew? This surely wasn't done for attention from the ladies because I'm short, bald and ugly. I'll confess I took it a little too far droping 52 pounds in 6 months as I had atrophe of some muscles. Fasting does have addictive properties to it, trust me. Once you have past the 24-36 hour window your not the slightest bit hungry. The only reason I broke my 72 and 96 hour fasts were to satisfy my wife as she thought I was taking it too far. I am happy to report through weight lifting every other day and running 2 miles every day I have gained 14 pounds back, all muscle and I feel 20 again. Currently I intermittent fast 6 days per week (mostly 18:6) and feast on Saturday or Sunday depending on any activities. I throw in a 48 hour fast every 3-4 weeks. This is where I want to stay. Any weight gained will be muscle but I don't have the caloric intake to build a lot like body builders do. Wish you luck Oceano! Hang in there.

Dr. Berg, love your videos! Curious about the following though: will a really small amount of calories, like a teaspoon of pure, unsugared cocoa which comes in at less than 10 kcal, kick me out of fasting? Or can the body occasionally tolerate tiny amounts of calories while fasting and continue to stay in this state? Thanks!

I started on March 26th and I’ve lost 4 lbs in just this week doing 18:6. I haven’t always broken my fast with super keto foods, some dinners have been heavy carbs so I could have lost more lbs if I was more keto focused but it’s important to me that I can still have my normal dishes I like. I feel AWESOME and it’s true that some days you are just not hungry. I intend to keep on the program until i’m at my goal weight!

Thank you. Learning so much from you. Even as a kid I couldn't eat breakfast. Had to make it look like I ate so I wouldn't get in trouble. You know how they tell you breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Instinctively I knew to only eat when I'm hungry. That's the only time I eat. Glad for the validation!

Wow watching this video after doing healthy keto 11 mos. I’m understanding why my cholesterol went up. Thank you Dr Berg for giving me the suggestion of taking your gallbladder formula on an empty stomach I’ve been doing this now for a week I can see so much more benefits and can’t wait for my next 6 mos blood work! What a great incentive also for my serious insulin resistance which still robs me of my sleep. Dr Berg you’re priceless! Thank you

One thing I discovered after gastric bypass is that nearly all my hunger was mental. Also my stomach was sending full messages but my high insulin levels were blocking that. I knew I was not truly hungry because my stomach was the size of a walnut and was painful to eat. Once I saw the disconnect it was much easier to control.

Thank you doc as usual and always. Here i have a question about the deference in timing between intermittent fasting and fasting in ramadan. I can see that intermittent fasting starts at night. So no eating at night and the stomache is relaxed the whole night. While fasting in ramadan is during the day and the eating window occurs at night which it means working hard the whole night for the stomache and the digestive system. And in this window i have to cover all my calories needs so it wont be a light meal at night. Here in Sweden the sun set in summer is around 10 at night. So are we harming the body or getting the benefits of fasting. This point is really confusing me. Would you plz enligheten me. Many thanks to you

I started IF about a year ago, and noticed results within the first month. I drink 2-3 8oz glasses of ACV/Lemon juice a day (morning, evening, and night), and have one big meal a day, which is usually between 5-6pm. I've also incorporated exercising into the mix, lots of core and cardio. Results took time but I've lost weight and I'm slowly burning away lower belly fat, which seems to be the hardest for me to lose. I don't snack anymore, especially at night, but I do have moments where I cave, but I quickly get back into my regiment and back on track. I only drink water, and my only vice would be coffee in the morning. I'm also a vegetarian, so I factor that into my weight loss and overall health. It was tough in the beginning, but now I don't even get hungry until late afternoon when I know I will be having my meal for the day.

Hi there, Thank you very much for these videos, they are amazing and very informative. I find that fasting is very easy for me, as I basically sometimes do it for no reason, and I have great self discipline when it comes to this sort of thing. I'm currently working out a lot whilst losing weight. Boxing: 2 times a week Gym: 2/3 times a week Walking/running: the remaining days. My current split is: 29/36/35 (Carbs/fat/protein) This ends up being 2400 kcal a day. I'm 188cm and 115KG with a 33% fat percentage. Does this form of fasting work for the macro split I've got going on? Or does it not work simply because of the amount of carbs I'm consuming. Again, thank you very much for your advice and videos. They're amazing. I also found out you do ship to Europe, so I'm definitely gonna check out your products as I'm in need of some! I would be very grateful if I could get even a quick "yes it will work" or "no it won't work". Thank you!

just stumbled upon Dr. Berg's videos and am binging them all right now. I've been doing IF 18:6 for awhile now and doing well, however I'm struggling as a vegan to lower my carbs b/c I had a very carb-heavy diet prior to starting IF. I also haven't had a gallbladder for the last 10 years which has made it very difficult to process fats. I am at a loss & think I need a nutritionist or dietician.

Thanks to Dr. Berg's amazingly well-explained advice, I've lost 60 lbs. over the past few months. I'm amazed that I'm able to fast all week (Saturday night until Friday night) and feel amazing, not hungry, energetic. Who woulda known? I also want to share what I do with the lemon water. I started with lemon water, and started adding things until I have a whole new conction full of so much of the good stuff the Dr. talks about. I hope it's all okay together, and things don't clash. If anyone out there (Dr. Berg?) has any objections to this, I'd like to hear about them. So, I take a large glass jar and fill a cooking bag with: green tea, fresh ground turmeric, garlic, chili pepper, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, funugreek, fennel seeds, chia seeds, cloves, bay leaves and stevia to make it taste good. I either put lemon juice, or I blend a whole lemon or two and add that to the jar. Also, the fresh ground ginger and chia seeds - I put in the jar, not in the bag, because I like eating the bits. I put cinnamon sticks and a chili pepper and apple cider vinegar in the jar. Then I fill it with boiling water and let the whole thing steep for a few hours. That makes concentrate which I mix with water or soda water to make a crazy-healthy delicious drink. LMK what you all think.

Hi Dr Berg:) I would like to sincerely thank you for making your content and sharing so much of your knowledge - I regularly watch your KZpost and I have shared your content with many friends. I follow intermittent fasting and mostly keto recipes and I have felt better on every level. I have a lot of autoimmune conditions- including Hashimotos. The only difficulty I have is feeling very cold in the morning (I live in Scotland) during winter times. Summer was manageable, but at the moment, before I break my fast I am freezing in the morning. I eat either 1 or 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner or dinner only), so I would fast between 6pm-2pm. I am very cold if I don’t eat in the morning and I feel instantly warmer after I have eaten. Is there anything I could do to feel warm? Have you experienced that too? Best wishes from Scotland :)

After blood pressure levels near stroke level when I started following Dr Berg's advice more closely about 3 weeks ago, my bp is 118/86 today after 3 days of intermittent fasting with no bp meds. I definitely fought long and hard against IF but when I finally gave in over the last 3d, I saw drastic changes. It dropped dramatically each day until today, its near normal. I eat during an 8h per day window: 9-5. I eat 1 carb meal in the mornings: fruit because heavier carbs don't make me feel good. My other 2 meals are meats & veggies. I found I was eating too much meat without vegetables, which was upsetting my stomach. Ig you'd call me: dirty keto lol. I can't go full on keto. I think your body knows when something's missing.

Since childhood I'm "trained" to have my lunch around 6pm. I'm 26 now and it's still my "lunch" time. I was never able to eat breakfast, I'm usually not hungry around the usual lunch time and if I eat lunch around that time you can bet I'll be hungry at MY lunch time like I haven't eaten a big meal yet. I used to let the food AND society direct my eating habits, but now I'll eat the way that feels the best for me. That's why I chose to do intermittent fasting.

I have fasted intermittently for a number of years, and each January would fast for a month with my church. The loss of hunger and interest in food in general is really fascinating, compared to how we're schooled to interact with food. I'm wondering, Dr. Berg, can i have a veggie smoothie instead of a salad for lunch, or is the blood sugar spike too quick with the smoothie ? I mean, kale, spinach, blueberries, almond milk and a dash of stevia? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for this video. I recently had a stint with increased carbs which definitely resulted in increased hunger-especially the evening and morning hunger-which messed up my intermittent fasting and resulted in me feeling absolutely TERRIBLE. It is interesting to me how quickly it can take a toll on my sense of well being. Any way, I am back on track now and I am wondering what you think about taking tissue cell salts as a source of trace minerals and electrolytes Dr. Berg?

what helped me mentally more then anything getting started on intermittent fasting, was this bit of reality. the whole "3 square meals a day" and "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" thing, were both AD campaigns from food producers in America. for thousands of years we were doing good to eat once a day. i will be doing intermittent fasting/keto until i achieve my goals but after i will be adopting a different philosophy. "eat when ever your really hungry and don't eat till you are full.

Love it love it love it. Dr. Berg has got me thinking about the hormonal response of my body to what I choose to put in it and it has completely shifted how I think about my health and my diet. I am down 3 - 5 lbs in a week, and I am not overweight (just always battled extra belly fat, but I run marathons). On that note, I would LOVE a video that is geared towards heavy exercisers. I train fasted all the time, but aren't I supposed to be increasing my protein intake? For weight lifters I've heard "1.5 - 2 grams of protein per lb lean bodyweight per day" so many times! What adjustments should I make as a daily endurance athlete?

I'm really into your videos lately, I appreciate your hard work, Mr. Berg! I've already started implying the stuff you tell: salads of ruccola, cucumber and parsley with feta cheese added. Fun fact: this salad I made for myself a couple of days ago was waaaay more satisfying than *two* portions of caesar salad with chicken I bought yesterday, I don't know why but I've ended up having a can of cod liver after them. That's unbelievable! Also I've realized that I have already been practicing the intermittent fasting some time ago being at home on vacation, but it was kind of _dirty_: I would have a croissant or two with coffee at about 10-11 am and then my dinner would be at about 6-7 pm, but it was some beer and various snacks or sometimes bought salads… I just didn't want to eat being off work. I have a question on this video's topic: can I "move" my first meal to 10-10:30 am and dinner to 4-4:30 pm? My schedule can't imply eating at 6 pm lately most of the days so I'm looking to move the eating window a couple of hours earlier… Thank you so much!

@SEK 4amk Hello! It's amazing to get a reply to a comment one month later under such a popular video, thank you. As this month was going I have kind of thought this through (as well as the other Dr. Berg's videos have suggested) that I can set this up to fit my daily routine. I ended up doing 11:15-11:45 AM and 4:30-5:00 PM on the weekdays lately of my, let's say, "main course" meals. Sometimes I skip my morning coffee at around 7:00 AM but mostly I can't make it without it. Not having anything after 5 PM is also struggle when I'm not busy and at home after work so I've started to go to sleep earlier at about 10:00 PM instead of 12:00 AM and later. It's a long way to go and a lot of things to work on still I guess but I feel and see the results already in the mirror and on my weight scale. Oh, forgot to say that I've given up all kinds of grains/cereals/bakery and also no cookie/sweets/chocolate snacks at work.

Great video/information. One of the best initial perpetuators of fasting are our own passions. Immersing one's self into their interests and creativities perpetuates fasting. I have to actually remind myself to eat, most days. I have caught myself having gone 36+ hrs for having forgotten to eat. Another is the company you keep. My girlfriend is compelling/intriguing enough in her interests and activities to where we both forget to eat, just for the intellectual engagement alone. Especially if we go down some rabbit hole such as gardening, or other healthful, outdoor pursuits.

I sent this video to my grandmother and father. So much great info all in one place. I appreciate you for this. It’s hard explaining this to them on my own. This is helping so many people! I started intermittent fasting to heal my stomach issues and I’ve come a long way. I’m not 100% but videos like this keep me motivated to stay on track and keep at it. I started intermittent fasting in 2019 and it improved my quality of life!

Knowledge can change the world!! Almost one year ago I found Dr Berg. I've dropped 50 big ones since then. Feel so good from diet change and 18 hour fast

I think you’re my favorite online doctor now. You are a delight and make me confident about a lot of my training and how I train others.

I started fasting last week and in one of your videos, it says to eat only when you are hungry. It's been more than 24 hours I am not feeling any hunger. Could you kindly let me know if I still have to follow fasting or can we break it?

I appreciate you sharing all of your expertise! I wanted to ask if taking supplements such as Fenugreek, Magnesium, black seed oil, etc interrupt a fast?

Hello, I have been fasting for about 5 years or so. I do 22-24 hrs fasts. I want to let you know that my 1 hunger feeling is around 2-3 everyday. I just keep myself busy and I push thru it in 10 min. But when I can’t push thru it. Very rare but this happen on Friday so what I do is have another cup of green tea and that takes care of it. I want to let everyone know this is a life style change.

I was not intentionally trying to fast, but after watching Dr. Berg a few times, I started drinking ACV + fresh lemon juice about an hr before bed + putting a splash of MCT oil in my coffee in the AM. I naturally wasn't hungry and eating until ~ 1PM. Again I had no intention of fasting, this was just how I naturally felt from adding these into my diet. The other interesting thing is that I also crave fattier foods and more meat/protein. I love carbs as much as anyone, but don't have as much of a desire for them now.. I've gotta say, I feel pretty darn good from doing this. I don't think it would be difficult for me to push to 3PM now if I want to take on the full fasting/keto lifestyle. So, after about a couple months of doing this, I highly recommend to do at least do those 2 things if you're looking to get started.

I love you videos! Thank you so much. I have been turning to you videos while fasting to stay encouraged and become more educcated. What is difficult is all the clips of food and eating in your videos. It is strange but I have a physical reaction to seeing these foods and it makes it difficult to stay focused on what you are saying.
